Intimacy

She sees me Almost immediately Brightens my already luminous day with her smile If course she doesn't know it Doesn't know how sexy she is when she takes control And I wonder where my courage went Probably down the drain with the rest of it Liquid courage never settles for long I wish Right now I could be stronger Grab hold of the reigns And ride out Instead I write this poem in the corner of the cab Hoping for her to kiss me in shadows. Pull my hair with the forcefulness with which she gives the directions to her home And maybe in the dark of night With nothing more then air between us She will still see me
